Sybil Salvin Rampen is the creator of the Joshua Creek Heritage Art Center. Born on April 29, 1929, she was raised by United Empire Loyalists in her childhood. She has happy memories of listening to stories about bygone eras while relaxing by a gas lamp. Inspired by these stories, Sybil has made it her life's work to raise awareness of and support for the value of regional history.
