LKYOOB is an architecture and engineering company in Jumeirah 1, Dubai, registered with Dubai Municipality as an engineering consultancy in the name KYOOB ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY L.L.C. One team designs and delivers private villas from the first study to handover: architecture, interiors, engineering, landscape, project management and site oversight. The work covers new villas on the owner's plot, complete redesigns of existing villas, and villa interiors, across Dubai's established districts and master-planned communities. The studio also prepares the authority submissions for the houses it designs and oversees the sites they are built on.
