Metropolis is one of the most important architectural firms in Peru, with more than 25 years of experience in the local, regional and international markets. We specialize in different project types, such as corporate offices, mixed-use, shopping centers, hotels, retail, urban development built in excess of 1,000,000 square meters, developed by partnering with Peru and other countries’ top financial groups and entities, looking to physically characterize their projects, and as a result, bring added value to their business endeavors. Following our work philosophy, we always strive to associate with top multi-disciplinary engineering teams allowing us to incorporate cutting edge technology, together with sustainable design practices, instituted by the Peru Green Building Council of which we are core founding members. Our most notable projects are the Jockey Plaza (shopping center), the Omega Building (corporate office facility), the new Universidad del Pacífico (academic building), as well as a large number of shopping centers and various mixed-use proposals in Lima and other large cities, totaling more than 1800 different scale projects developed.
