Established in 1972, MHE-Demag operates within a close-knit regional network in Singapore (headquarters), Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Taiwan and Australia, supported by 11 manufacturing facilities and over 60 strategically located branches in the region.
MHE-Demag offers you a comprehensive range of industrial cranes and hoists, warehouse equipment such as lift trucks and dock levellers, aerial work platforms and building maintenance systems for safe working at height, as well as automated car parking systems. In short:

Being close to our customers and ensuring a fast response time is a key part of what we offer our customers!
Therefore, we have established factories, sales offices and service depots close to our customers. We are able to deliver equipment, after sales service and spare-parts quickly and in a local language in all the countries that we operate in. Furthermore, our sales offices and service depots are spread out geographically to ensure fast response times. Spare parts are stocked locally and whilst 90% of wear and tear parts are stocked in each country, we can also quickly ship a part from a neighbouring country by a few clicks in our SAP system.

We take pride in strictly adhering to our quality procedures. Naturally, we are certified to ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001. We take this even further and equip our sales engineers with a TÜV certification to ensure our customers are served professionally every day.
To ensure consistent delivery, our IT systems are modern and functional. We use SAP as ERP and Lotus Notes for information sharing.
