Our core activities include:
- New construction, reconstruction, renovation, maintenance and service of all types of buildings
- Redevelopment of sites within city and village buildings
- Development in expansion areas
Our annual turnover is around 12 million euros: 50% is produced by our own development team and work in construction, 25% through the adoption of work by participating in tenders and 25% in the small building. This turnover is made possible by our 50 employees who work in and from our offices in Enschede, Borculo and Ulft.
Morssinkhof Building Development Foundation is a member of the Housing Deposit. From this foundation, our housing projects built under GIW guarantee. It offers the customer a guarantee certificate insolvency guarantee and quality assurance.
Morssinkhof Construction Building trade association is a member of the Netherlands. Members of this organization are characterized by quality and reliability.
Building from the Netherlands Foundation BouwGarant established that we are also members. This foundation provides guarantees for renovations and new construction for € 300.000, - excl.
Our organization is certified to the ISO 9001:2000 standard. This is standard for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement thereof.
We are also certified to the SCC ** 2008/03-norm. This standard ensures the safety of everyone involved on site.
