“Nais-Proekt” LLC was founded in 2002.
The company’s basis was formed by key staff of the State institute of educational establishments planning.
Now our company works with system customers in the city of Kharkov and Kharkov region to implement construction investment projects of multifunctional retail, commercial and residential buildings.
We have State License for designing, planning and engineering activities for civil construction, reconstruction and general overhaul of residential and public buildings, restoration and instauration of architectural monuments. Currently project documentation for retail, residential and office buildings with a total area of approx. 60 thousand square meters is being prepared.
