NjAD is a New York-based architecture practice that specializes in designing and renovating interior spaces on a variety of scales. Led by Nour Jallad, the firm provides a hands-on approach to creating tailored environments that translate clients' aspirations into work that is both timeless and sophisticated. Nour’s problem-solving process and unique attention to detail, combined with a passion for architectural design, allows her to provide a personalized experience to each client.

Before founding NjAD in 2017, Nour was a project architect at Gensler, where she was involved in the design and implementation of numerous projects, ranging from full headquarters to small renovations. Her most notable project was the Condé Nast headquarters at One World Trade Center, a 1.3 million SF interior fit-out including workplace and amenities on 25 floors. After her tenure at Gensler, Nour joined the team at Morris Adjmi Architects where she was the project architect during the design phase of a ground-up, six-story hotel in Rockaway, NY.

Born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon, Nour received a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Nour is a licensed architect in the state of New York, and occasionally teams with other licensed professionals to complete projects in different states. As an immigrant to the U.S., Nour looks to explore ways in which design can shape the identity of spaces to produce architecture that makes an impact on people’s lives.
