During 2012, the wholly owned limited liability company Nobelhuset AB was established by the Nobel Foundation Rights Association for the purpose of creating a Nobel Center. The objective of the company Nobelhuset AB is to plan, construct, own, manage and develop the Nobel Center, a building for cultural and scientific activities on the Blasieholmen peninsula in central Stockholm, and to carry out related activities.
