One Desk Studio was founded in Kraków by Katarzyna Iwańczuk and Mikołaj Iwańczuk, graduates of the Cracow University of Technology.For almost ten years, we have been developing a variety of projects — both architectural (building design) and interior (commercial and residential). We strive to ensure they all share one common denominator: a harmony between form, place, and context.We feel particularly connected to the historical context, which explains our passion for old architecture.Despite the challenges that come with designing within a historic fabric, we aim never to lose sight of the functionality and comfort that define contemporary residential architecture.Perhaps it is precisely this balancing of contrasts that we find the most inspiring in our work.
