At OA, each project is experienced as a new adventure and each adventure is approached in a collaborative manner. Skills and knowledge are pooled in order to design the project together. It is a question of multiplying interactions around a shared objective and ambition. Each person brings his or her expertise to the project, suggests modifications to the other's work, explains his or her point of view and thus contributes to the development of a well thought-out and discussed reflection. From then on, each project is reflected on, worked on and enriched by the whole team. Depending on the phase of the project, the skills of the team members are called upon, each with a different and complementary interest... In this way, each member can develop in the field that suits him best and thus put his know-how at the service of the projects that are entrusted to the team...
