PellOverton is an award-winning architecture practice based in New York and directed by partners Ben Pell, AIA and Tate Overton, AIA. Since 2003, we have provided innovative design and project planning services for a wide range of clients, including educational, nonprofit, commercial, and residential projects, in the form of new construction, interiors, and adaptive reuse alike.
While our work spans multiple scales and project types, at the center of our design approach is an appreciation for understanding the individual culture of our clients. To that end, we believe in both the value and enrichment that good design brings to every project, and our practice is committed to exploring solutions which are both creative and sustainable. Our role is to provide vision, clarity, and leadership to the project team, advocating for our clients as we guide each project from concept to completion.
