Piuarch’s research focuses on environmental, cultural, economic, social and artistic quality, considering every reference an element to build a new architectural vision, Piuarch interprets the whole to model forms and volumes that express the character and the corporate identity.
Francesco Fresa, Germán Fuenmayor, Gino Garbellini and Monica Tricario, formed the Piuarch studio in 1996. Over the years, Piuarch has grown to become an international group of forty collaborators.
Piuarch designs public buildings, office and residential complexes, commercial spaces, boutiques, shopping malls and even urban plans. Its research has been concentrated on architectural quality, with particular regard to the use of natural materials and natural light, attention to detail, the dialogue between architecture and its context, and between architecture and art.
During the years Piuarch has won several acknowledgments, the last is "Italian Architect 2013", prize given by the National Institute of Architects.
