In Portae we combine traditional handwork with innovation to create products defined by their functionality and exclusivity. Our concept is founded on a profound interest in design and antiques which led us to acquire one of the largest collections of antique Spanish doors. The desire to better fufill the needs of our customers later motivated us to expand our portfolio and to offer adapted and customised doors. In addition to these doors, Portae has produced traditional wrought iron since 2011. All parts are exclusively made-to-order and are based upon historical or our own designs. In 2013 we began to develop products exclusively using natural stone: Windows, pillars, washing-tables,fire-places, fountains, capitals….essential and traditional elements with an enormous expressiveness.
