Present Forms is a design studio led by Stephanie Lin and based in Brooklyn, New York. We are an experimental spatial practice that engages in built and speculative projects at the scales of environments, installations, and objects. Our work aims to bring direction and focus to how we navigate the public realm, uncovering the complexities of geometric and material optics as the mediums for new perceptual frameworks.
Present Forms is a founding member of Office III, a design collective with Studio Sean Canty and Ryan Golenberg. The collective was a finalist for the 2017 MoMA PS1 Young Architects Award. They have exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art (New York, NY), Storefront for Art and Architecture (New York, NY), and the A+D Architecture and Design Museum (Los Angeles, CA).
