PZP Arhitectura was set up in Bucharest almost eight years ago by three partners, Liviu Zagan, Vadim Patriciu and Andrei Panaitescu. It is right now counting 15 architects and 3 auxiliary personnel (client service, finance, project management, etc).
PZP Arhitectura undertook important projects for Bucharest and Romania from office towers to residential complexes and from masterplanning to extreme detailed projects.
Highly creative teams are set up according to specific objectives, often in cooperation with external professionals successfully materializing innovative designs. Besides the classical architectural tasks the work of PZP embraces urban development, marketing strategies and design concepts for the public realm.
The office gained international experience through competitions in Korea, United Kingdom, United States, Ireland, Slovenia Armenia and so on. The collaboration with other well-known international offices as Aukett Fitzroy Robinson, Estudio Lamela, MVRDV, De Architecten Cie, ARUP (Romania) broth PZP a much better understanding of contemporary architcture and the new trends in technical solutions.
During the time PZP works were publish and awarded in equal measure. The most appreciated projects where Neagoe (nomination Anuala Bucuresti - 2005), Victoria (2009 CIJ award for best office development), Competition for a mixt use complex in Erevan (short listed - 2010) and Olympia ( best architecture Anuala Bucuresti - 2010 and nomination Bineala Bucuresti - 2010.
