RESLU is a full-service design and construction studio for significant homes in Adelaide. We work on one project at a time.
The practice was built on a single conviction: that the distance between a drawn vision and a lived one is the distance between a design firm and a build firm. RESLU closes that distance. Interior design, documentation, building approvals, construction, and final furnishing are held within a single studio, under a single standard, by the same team from first meeting to handover.
We do not hand off. We do not bring in a builder once the drawings are done. The detail resolved on day one of the commission is the detail executed on the last day of the build, not a version of it.
Our work is residential. The homes we commission are considered from the inside out spatial planning, material palette, and construction method treated as one continuous decision, not separate disciplines. We begin every brief the same way: with how a client wants to live, not with a product range.
We evaluate whether a project is right for us. We expect our clients to do the same.
