The story of San Deco, founded by Ziya Odabaş, born in 1944 in Erzurum, started in 1959 in our first workshop where lime and paint production was made. We carried our knowledge and experience gained from the products we made in this workshop until 1975, carrying our first production facility in Sultanbeyli and adding mineral plaster to our product portfolio. Our first aim in mass production in 1986 was to respond to the increase in demand with the confidence of the quality of our products. With the success of San Deco in the domestic market, our name is heard in 1993 by the construction sector. First we export produts to Ukraine and Russia, as well as being an important step towards the branding of our name, to announce the name of our country and power to throw the image of Turkey in the sense that we have lived to a great pride. Our success in the domestic and foreign markets and the demand for our products have increased our enthusiasm for innovation and added value, and in 1994 we established our R & D laboratory. Innovation and the desire to have the most innovative approach in the market have always been the backbone of our production. After the showroom we established in Romania in 1997, we established our factory in Kosovo in 2001-2001. Afterwards, we realized our first export and R & D partnership with France, and we started to produce special production according to European standards and according to requirements. This was followed by the establishment of our Gebze Factory in 2007, which has an area of 4.000 m2 and which is producing with high technology. By adding TSE and ISO standards beside European standards, we continued to offer a wide range of high quality products to our customers. When we came to 2009, we established the Iranian factory in order to meet the increasing demand and increasing export volume, and made SanDeco brand export to 37 different countries.
As San Deco, besides protecting our product quality, one of our main motivational sources to direct the market by producing new products that meet new needs. Expanding our market share in the domestic market and ensuring the continuity of our customer satisfaction will continue to be a source of happiness for us. In addition, we continue our R & D activities without losing speed and we continue to attract the attention of the world with new products and needs-oriented solutions.
With the concept we call 23 -100, our goal is to increase the number of countries we export to 100 in 2023 and to continue to contribute to the national economy as well as creating employment in the country.
We know that the power of our experienced staff, which has been continuing for many years, is fed by mutual love and respect among our employees, we enjoy all the opportunities of developing technology without losing respect for human power. Our process is to ensure the sustainability of water based production that is sensitive to human health and to contribute to recycling. Our love for our country is to continue our exports with local teams and to maintain international standards while preserving our culture.
