Applied products
View all applied products

NEO Berlin at Schönhauser Allee 9 features a project-specific radiant ceiling system that combines the architectural requirements with the planned heating and cooling functions. The continuous ceiling design, varying heights and three colours required precise planning and execution. The aim was to create a comfortable indoor climate while enhancing the appeal of the spaces to prospective tenants.

A continuous ceiling design as part of the architecture

The ceiling system extends from one façade to the other, shaping the perception of the rooms. It conceals selected areas of the technical installations without completely hiding all services. The varying ceiling heights and three colours integrate the system into the building’s architectural concept.

Project-specific planning for a complex geometry

The building’s distinctive geometry resulted in numerous different installation positions. At the same time, the property offered very little architectural flexibility. Planning, production and installation therefore had to be closely coordinated with the actual building conditions.
