sanahuja&partners is an architectural firm founded by Jaime Sanahuja in the city of Castellón in the late 80s. Today we are an interdisciplinary team, based in Castellón, Valencia and Ibiza.
We focus our projects from the experience of over 25 years in the field of architecture and urban planning, which has provided us with a balanced mix of vision, knowledge and experience.
Our goal is to create spaces that will improve the lives of individuals and communities.
We firmly believe that the most important thing about spaces is the people who inhabit them.
Our proximity to Mediterranean culture and essence gives us a genuine insight into life, which is projected in our understanding of architecture. Into this we pour our talent, our effort and our passion.
We are committed to our cities and our environment. We also believe that we can meet today’s needs by reusing existing assets, intervening in them and giving them new uses.
The contents of our “toolbox” can be summed up in two words: innovation and communication. Innovation is present in our day-to-day work: integral design of a project is approached from a creative and participatory viewpoint. We use
the BIM (Building Information Modelling) production system for designing our projects, which from the very first sketch provides us with a perfect understanding of a project from everyone’s point of view: clients and management team. Our ISO 9001 certification awarded by TÜV Rheinland ensures quality in the process of each and every one of our projects.
So that communication is the cornerstone of our work and an effective tool for connecting with our customers, we use a networking model that is hosted on our own intranet. We also employ NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) in our day-to-day work to promote effective and positive communication between team, collaborators and clients.
Innovation and communication are the conceptual basis that generated our own cultural platform HAT Gallery, creative space and meeting place that brings architecture to the other arts, and it is through this exchange with other artistic disciplines that new ideas and experiences are generated.
