ARCHITECT SAMIR D'MONTE
SDM Architects is a firm founded by Samir D’Monte, the former head of the Architectural Division of Shirish Patel and He passed his architectural degree from CEPT, Ahmedabad. As a architect his interests extends to:
Low-cost building construction
Earthquake-resistant building construction
Passive cooling/low heat gain construction
Software Development
He begun his career with Shirish Patel & Associates, a large firm of structural & civil engineers in Mumbai in the year 2000, and set up the firm’s Architectural Department. It eventually grew to a stage where it handled projects between Rs 50-100 crore of work per year.
He left the firm in March 2008 to set up his own firm, SDM Architects.It works in the areas of Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Office Buildings, Housing, and Master Planning, etc.
ARCHITECT RINKA SAMIR D'MONTE
Rinka Samir D’Monte completed her B. Arch.from Dr. D.Y.Patil College of Architecture, Nerul in 2005.
After completion of her graduation she worked with two big Architectural & Engineering firms, namely Shirish Patel & Associates & STUP Consultants Pvt. Ltd. wherein she got involved in multiple projects of different scale and size.Now she is one of the partners in SDM Architects, which has been established by Ar. Samir D’Monte
