Studio Dois was founded in The Netherlands in 2010 by Carolina Sumares and Rik den Heijer and is now located in Calheta on Madeira Island, Portugal. The broad international experience Carolina and Rik gained in previous architecture offices in various countries helps to develop ideas and concepts that fit the specific wishes of our clients. The work field of Studio Dois ranges from private homes and interior design to temporary art installations, international competitions and product design.Our office is committed to collaborate with the client to find solutions that are architecturally, economically and environmentally coherent.
