TALLER | MauricioRocha+GabrielaCarrillo | Established in 1991, TALLER works aiming to develop contemporary architecture, sensitive to the context and the environment, combining an adequate selection of local materials with state-of-the-art technology available. The dignity and quality of the spaces is a constant in all their projects, always looking for the perfect balance of budget, context, typology, and of course the end user. TALLER develops public and private projects, as well as museography, temporal architecture and art interventions. Their work is deeply committed to the academy from teaching to workshops for undergraduates and specialization courses. Throughout their career the firm has received major awards such as gold and silver medals in different National Architectural Biennials and also in internationals like the Latin American and Pan American. They have been invited as speakers in different cities of Latin America, North America, Europe, and Orient. Their projects have been part of numerous exhibitions and architectural Biennials both national and international.
