TAW WEISSE International

TAW WEISSE International was established in 1990 by Thomas Weisse, the inventor of height-access and maintenance planning. The related scope of performance was introduced successfully into the market with more than 400 Projects all over the world. Due to the complexity of the Projects, TAW developed a maintenance Program called ZIM, wich stands for the digital concatenation of all access and maintenance information. In today’s architecture the geometry and the surfaces change rapidly. Analogous to this evolution there is a strong desire developing on the part of the client for sustainability and optimized building operation. The maintenance indeed holds a key position in this environment, since the priority objective is to get projects up and running and to preserve the buildings. Only the early integration of the height-access and maintenance issue, already commencing in the initial planning phase of the building will ensure a sustainable maintainability. For this kind of architecture you will not find solutions “afterwards”. TAW are the specialist engineers who incorporate comprehensive know-how, creativity and expertise into the maintenance scope and thereby create architecturally conforming, cost-effec-tive solutions
