Theca was founded in 2005 by Claus Svenningsen and is a result of a Management Buy Out of BoConcept A/S. Claus Svenningsen, who then was Division Director in BoConcept, and an investor, LTP A/S, bought the upholstery division of BoConcept. Theca set up the design and sales office as well as the showroom in Denmark, and established the operational production factory in Lithuania in the Baltics. Facts +550 Employees Modern Factory of 25.000 m2 in size Handles up to 3000 individual customer orders per week. Sells to premium retailers in most of Europe, Japan and other overseas nations.
