TOA associate architects was originally the association of 3 friends: Thierry, Olivier and Alain who met at ENSAIS in Strasbourg. In 1995 they created the agency around a common vision: the implementation of architecture for humans, fairer and respectful of the environment. Later, TOA welcomed two new partners: Christelle in 2008, then Pascal in 2015. Today, TOA has two agencies, in Paris and Strasbourg.
