Originally founded in 1954 as Arkkitehtitoimisto Erkko Virkkunen, the long history of our company gives us experience with a wide range of construction projects and familiarity with different kinds of clients and their particular needs. We partner frequently with other consultants, design companies and suppliers in multi-disciplinary planning and design consortiums, especially in demanding large-scale industrial projects. A particular focus of our work is power plant design and planning. A low staff turnover ensures the continuity and longevity of our project teams.
We provide our employees with an informal and flexible work culture with competetive benefits, like regular possibilities for further education, recreational activities, and health insurance. An important part of our office culture are regular excursions to interesting works of architecture located in Finland and abroad. We welcome diversity and this is reflected in the different backgrounds, nationalities and age range of the people working here.
