VIVAS Arquitectos, founded by César Vivas and Cristian Vivas in Barcelona in 2006, covers everything from the conceptualisation of ideas and proposals to the execution and development of projects in collaboration with specialist technicians and consultants. In recent years, the firm has developed several areas of specialisation, thanks to a research-based approach to its projects, enabling it to provide solutions for every situation presented, always with the aim of ensuring economic, social and environmental sustainability. Similarly, their work stands out for its careful handling of void, through the communal spaces they create within their buildings, understood as intermediate spaces of transition between the public and the private.
