Wood To Love installs, restores and maintains wood floors in Madrid, the Iberian Peninsula and the south of France. We are the only company in mainland Spain holding both manufacturer certifications, Dinesen Certified Craftsman and Bona Certified Craftsman, and the third generation of a family of wood floor installers.
We work with every species and format: wide, long solid planks from Dinesen (Douglas fir up to 450 mm wide and 15 m long, oak up to 500 mm wide, ash and pine), Dinesen Layers three-layer solid wood, made-to-measure solid planks from Spanish manufacturers, herringbone, chevron and Versailles panels, and MAFI and Foglie d'Oro floors. We install over screeds, battens, boards and underfloor heating; depending on the format, planks are fully glued, top-screwed with plugs or secret-screwed.
Before installing we measure the moisture of the subfloor and the air and check flatness. We sand with dust extraction connected to every machine, also in occupied homes, and finish on site with oil, soap or varnish, using the Bona and Dinesen systems. Every floor is handed over with a warranty certificate and a maintenance manual.
We also provide technical consultancy for architects, interior designers and contractors, and wood floor expert reports in the Madrid area, with UNE 56810:2023 as the reference standard.
