Xtra Shiny is a particularly small creative outfit. This is by design. We take on fewer clients to ensure that the ones we have receive all of our attention. We’re accessible, friendly, accommodating and curious. We pride ourselves on shortening the distance between good ideas and their effective realisation. We don’t have a complex diagram illustrating our process. Every project, team and budget varies wildly from brief to brief. We adapt to the circumstances in front of us to extract the very best of ourselves and our collaborators for those we work on behalf of.
