ZCD Architects was formed in 2013 by Zoe Smith, Cordula Weisser and Dinah Bornat.
Zoe is a founding director of ZCD Architects. Previously she was a founding director of the award winning practice Block Architecture (1999-2010), where she played a key role in the design, development and delivery of the company’s extensive Arts portfolio, including projects for The ICA, The V&A, The British Council, CABE, The Design Council, The RIBA, Modern Art Oxford, The Lighthouse in Glasgow, The Design Museum and Magasin 3 in Stockholm. Zoe is currently an External Examiner at Greenwich University and Nottingham Trent University. She previously taught Diploma in Architecture for 2 years at The Bartlett School of Architecture UCL, and more recently at the RCA on the MSc Interior Architecture course. She has lectured at institutions in the UK and abroad.
