Founded in 1984 by Lino Lando, today employs about 50 people. Headquarters are at Palazzo Zuccato, a charming 18th Century palace located in the heart of Venice, few steps away from S. Mark’s Square in some of the most elegant shopping areas around the world. Fortuny ® Lamps Venetia Studium has creatively embodied Fortuny’s affection in the multi culture aspects. Among all, the strongest influences from the western culture are Spanish, as Fortuny was born in Granada, the ancient Moorish Capital of Spain; and Italian, as he resided in Venice since 1889 until his Fortuny’s blood as a Spanish origin.
