The Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation (OSSTF) Headquarters and Multi-Tenant Commercial Building is a progressive 3-storey, 124,000 SF fully exposed mass timber project that uses net-zero strategies, and seamlessly integrates commercial opportunities with the relocation and revitalization of the OSSTF’s offices in Toronto. The building houses the OSSTF—an organization that represents all education professionals in the secondary school system in Ontario, as well as additional tenants. Dynamic Frame is the office of the eponymous film production company in the center of Zurich, Switzerland. At the request of the clients, the bureau developed a design of a multifunctional space that meets the needs of different areas of the company. Owned by the Swedish State, the Rosenbad is a historic building located in central Stockholm, specifically in the Norrmalm precinct. The building was designed in 1902 by Art Nouveau architect Ferdinand Boberg. This building features ornate sculptural stonework characteristic of the Art Nouveau style. Its name, which translates "rosen bath" in Swedish, reflects the elegance and artistic flair that define this architectural period. NewsHouse 2.0 is a multimedia complex on the main street of Kyiv, Khreshchatyk, designed by the bureau for the Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine (Suspline Ukraine). Maryan Beresh LOCATION The building on Khreshchatyk was constructed in 1849 as a postal station. Later, one of the first Ukrainian television studios started operating here, but it burned down in the 1990s. Maryan Beresh Two floors of the building were allocated for the future newsroom. This office is located on 2 floors with a total area of 900m2 and was designed for a company with a staff of 70 young and dynamic people. The most essential aspect of the company, which reflects on all its employees, is that it has a young and dynamic structure. Accordingly, the most important concept decision was to design the company's new office to represent these qualities.
