Foster + Partners completes the Greenville County Administration Building in South Carolina

Foster + Partners completes a self-shading tower for Techcombank in Ho Chi Minh City
Nach der Fertigstellung des Entwurfs für den Hauptsitz der Techcombank in Hanoi, Vietnam, hat Foster + Partners einen zweiten, 21-stöckigen Turm für das Unternehmen in Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt fertiggestellt. Das Konzept für diesen neuesten Turm beruht auf zwei Hauptansätzen: programmatisch - als Reaktion auf verschiedene Mieter und Nutzungen - und ökologisch, mit einem einzigartigen Selbstbeschattungskonzept, das als Reaktion auf das tropische Klima des Standorts entwickelt wurde.

Spectacular rooftop garden completed at London's Battersea Roof Garden Building

Foster + Partners and Apple complete their first flagship store in India
Der Apple BKC befindet sich an einer prominenten Ecke des Jio World Drive, einem neuen Einkaufszentrum in Mumbai, das Teil des Bandra Kurla Complex ist, und ist der erste Flagship Store der Marke in Indien. Foster + Partners complete flexible urban workspace ICÔNE for a post-covid world
In Belval, Luxembourg, Foster + Partners has completed the new office complex ICÔNE. The project's design process began in 2016, well before the pandemic. However, during the building's evolution, the pandemic highlighted the need for a more flexible urban workspace, which the ultimate design strives explicitly to provide. Additionally, the project is part of a significant revitalization of the site and surroundings, which form part of Belval's rich industrial heritage.

Located in Manhattan alongside Modernist icons including the Seagram Building, Lever House, and the CBS Building, the recently completed 425 Park Avenue by Foster + Partners is the first full-block office building added to Park Avenue in over 50 years.

Standing a total of 47-storeys in height, the building features a triple-height lobby, world-class office accommodation, external green spaces, and a 38-foot-tall penthouse floor. By offsetting the core and bracing the structure, the tower also offers flexible, open floorplates that can accommodate future changing requirements of the contemporary office space.

Featuring four interconnected pyramidal roof peaks that appear to emerge from the earth below, the Datong Art Museum by Foster + Partners offers a new cultural destination for China and a new cultural hub for Datong region.
