This nearly 100-year-old hall has been beautifully transformed into a modern performance space while preserving its historic charm. Reopened in September 2024, the hall boasts state-of-the-art digital sound and lighting technology that can accommodate up to 1,823 audience members.

Brasserie Deck, Stockholm’s newest neighborhood restaurant, we have had the privilege of manufacturing metal mesh in braided solid brass for the architect’s stylish interior. The Banker Wire S-32 brass mesh is featured as a front cladding for their bar counter that runs along the entire restaurant and ends with a rounded bar counter with rolled metal mesh. Onomichi City Office embraces local shipbuilding technologies
Surrounded by the Onomichi Channel, Onomichi City (Japan) is a key historic point for maritime traffic and an area known for its beautiful scenery of water, mountains, and temples. The goal of architects Nikken Sekkei Ltd in the undertaking of Onomichi City Office was to create a new city landmark and a government building not just with a view of the sea, but rather on the sea.

Protruding seaward to the south, the building’s form creates the sensation of floating on water. The southward slope of the building blocks direct light and reduces heat load while its gradual setback on the north side urban area is unassuming in character and allows for unobstructed sunlight.

Das Vorhaben befindet sich im ZAC Nouvelle Centralité in Carrières-sous-Poissy, dessen Entwicklung von EPAMSA an die Stadtplanungsagentur ANMA übertragen wurde.
Das Prinzip dieses neuen Stadtviertels besteht darin, die Lücke, die eine ehemalige Landreserve hinterließ, weil der Staat in ihrem Zentrum eine Autobahn bauen wollte, die die Gemeinde in zwei Teile teilt, in einen ökologischen Korridor umzuwandeln, der die beiden Teile der Stadt miteinander verbindet. Der Stadtblock P7 befindet sich im Nordosten des neuen Stadtteils, am Rande der bestehenden Vorstadtstruktur der Stadt. Dieser rechteckige Block ist durch einen öffentlichen Fußgängerweg in zwei Quadrate unterteilt.

The intrigue of the large volume of interior space in these existing New Orleans Shotgun dwellings directed the concept of converting this space and flow into a more efficient and modern design. Challenges to this project included specific restrictions due to its unusual property boundary as well as budget limitations.
