NU SKIN New PC plant Shanghai
Nu skin is a global leader in developing and selling personal care products and dietary supplements. With the headquarter in Provo, United States, the company is developing fast on Asian markets and in early 2018 opened the bid for the design proposal of new facility in Shanghai.

Milliken office and showroom
The main task was to reflect the culture and spirit of the company through design elements. One such element is the logo wall. It welcomes the visitors of the showroom and represents the main message of the company. The logo wall is made of more than two hundred paracords of blue color randomly arranged in space and connecting 2 floors. Light passing through the logo wall falls on a white surface and creates a unique shadow pattern.

The main goal was to maximize openness and to combine all functions into one single bright and interconnected space. All important areas are located closer to daylight. ORBIZ Josef
At ORBIZ, the name says it all. Inspired by science fiction films from the 1970s, the new flex office has been created at Josefstrasse 214a in Zurich. The interior design concept designed by OOS does away with classic office structures and creates a prestigious working environment. This gives the ORBIZ brand a unique and individualised appearance.

Der Hauptsitz von EPAM Polen verfügt über fast 8.500 Quadratmeter Bürofläche, verteilt auf zwei Gebäude, die durch eine gemeinsame Terrasse miteinander verbunden sind. Er befindet sich in der Nähe anderer Büros, nicht weit vom schönen Zentrum von Krakau entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich auch neue Wohngebiete. Der Standort ist wirklich ein großer Vorteil für das EPAM-Büro. Was uns jedoch am meisten interessiert, ist das, was das Gebäude im Inneren bietet.

Tao-Bin Head Office
The "Toa-Bin Head Office." This is the headquarters for the company behind the Toa-Bin vending machines, designed in collaboration with LUCID DREAM. The project involved re-facading a seven-unit row building next to Sanam Pao BTS station. When we began the design, Toa-Bin's brand identity was still confidential. We only knew it related to coffee machines and that the first floor would be a reception and showroom, with offices on floors two and three, and a staff canteen on the fourth.

Manhattan Associates
Das Team von Manhattan Associates Benelux wuchs aus seinen Büroräumen heraus. Das frühere Büro in Nieuwegein war zu klein geworden und die Einrichtung war veraltet. Es war Zeit für einen neuen Schritt! Sie baten Studio Bower, ihnen bei der Gestaltung ihrer neu angemieteten Büroetage im 19. Stock zu helfen und diese schlüsselfertig zu übergeben. Die vorletzte Etage im Le Mirage-Gebäude in der Vliegend Hertlaan in Utrecht passte mit ihrer nüchternen Einrichtung und den klaren Farben nicht zum neuen Look von Manhattan. Außerdem fehlten Besprechungsräume und Telefonkabinen, Arbeitsbereiche für die Zusammenarbeit und Konzentrationsräume.

Helikon Shipping Offices
Im Zentrum des Küstenvororts Glyfada befindet sich der Hauptsitz von Helikon Shipping, einer Schifffahrtsgesellschaft mit einer reichen Tradition seit 1961. Heute ist Helikon ein unauffälliges Unternehmen mit hohen Standards, das beruflich und kulturell mit Japan verbunden ist. Die Gesamtzahl der Mitarbeiter am Hauptsitz beläuft sich auf 25 Personen. Dementsprechend wurde Urban Soul Project gebeten, einen Raum zu entwerfen, der einen Bezug zu Japan hat und einen subtilen Einsatz von Farben beinhaltet. Das Ergebnis ist ein zeitgemäßer Designansatz für das Büro, der eine eigene Designsprache zum Ausdruck bringt, die dennoch die Integration von Elementen aus der Vergangenheit von Helikon sowie die kulturelle...
