Confetti is the new collection of glazed stoneware tiles designed by the Marcante-Testa (UdA) firm for Ceramica Vogue.
This project is characterized by patterns of graphic inspiration evocative of a near past that can protect the most intimate aspects of people and their memories.
The collection is designed for the home and for non-residential interiors such as restaurants and hotels, which bring to mind the dimension of home because they are the best expression of essential traits of the human character, such as humor, lightness and the ability to not take oneself too seriously.
The Confetti collection comes in one format (25x25 cm, rectified, 10 mm thickness) with four types of decorations suggested by the names of the architecture in four Italian cities: Milano, Venezia, Roma and Torino.
The micro patterns, available in 6 colors with an additional 8 matching solid colors, make the Confetti collection a new classic for tiling floors and walls, designed and produced in Italy coherently with the philosophy of Ceramica Vogue.

A design collaboration
In 2014 Andrea Marcante set up, with Adelaide Testa, MARCANTE-TESTA, a research oriented firm focusing on architecture, design and company consulting in the field of materials and furniture. Their projects aim to be both serious and funny, rustic and cosmopolitan, democratic and refined, practical and elegant, manly and delicate: if certain interiors excite us, it is because they are examples of possible choices between conflicting aspects of our personality, of the legitimate aspiration to transform our own disturbing contradictions into something beautiful.
From November 2016 they are the new artistic directors of Ceramica Vogue, with the aim of enhancing its architectural vocation and making it a specific product for interior design. A precise path shared with the company, which is both updating the distinctive features of the brand, colors and sizes, and introducing an original stylistic connotation through new collections such as "Graph" and "Confetti".

Design innovation
Ceramica Vogue's Confetti tiles embody a spirit of innovation and creativity in ceramic tile design. Drawing inspiration from the playful elegance of confetti, the collection combines bold colors, geometric shapes, and tactile textures to create a visually stimulating experience. Each tile is a work of art in its own right, inviting users to explore and interact with its vibrant surface.
The versatility of Confetti tiles allows for endless design possibilities, from whimsical mosaic patterns to bold, graphic statements. Whether used in residential, commercial, or public spaces, Confetti tiles add a sense of fun and personality to any environment. Designers and homeowners can mix and match colors and shapes to create custom arrangements that reflect their unique style and personality.

Reference projects
PadiglioneB Studio di Architettura designed this as a project of architectural recovery. Casa Liberty Garda disappeared from the eyes of its fellow citizens and tourists for many years. Covered by vegetation it was practically non-existent. Called to carry out a real recovery of the exteriors, the PadiglioneB studio developed a new project that could be dialogue with the needs of the new ownership. The theme of the bathrooms is a tribute to the use of the most classic decorations of the 40s and 50s, with the use of mosaics of different sizes combined with small format tiles, all played with lively and brilliant colors.
This central-plan bright apartment in a historic condominium of Milan, with high ceilings and large arched windows on all sides, was renovated by studio Lascia La Scia. The main bathroom has a vintage style thanks to the renovation of a small cupboard to support the washbasin. For the wall tiles “Confetti” was chosen to complement this theme.
