This summer house is located on a sloped desert site in San Antonio - Lima, Peru with great views of the desert and ocean. The brief was to house a retired couple and their three sons with their families, the kick was to distribute the sons families equally with no preference for views or amount of space while generating generous common spaces. The structure is a 4.5m x 4.5m grid to optimize costs and construction time. The wall openings are layout to act as a porous enclosure to cross ventilate all the house. The pool and terrace articulates the kitchen and dining with the living room by hiding the glass partitions inside the walls.
