Located in the lush setting of Dubai Hills, this villa is designed as a sculptural statement of layered volumes and strong horizontal lines. The architecture is both bold and minimal, offering a calm yet expressive presence. Defined by rhythm, contrast and clarity, the design plays with light, form, and material.

Deep overhangs and vertical slats create a moving pattern of shade and transparency, allowing the villa to respond to the sun throughout the day. A refined entry sequence builds up to open, expansive living spaces connected to gardens, patios and framed views beyond.

A material language of balance
The palette consists of white stucco, in-situ concrete, black vertical slats, and full-height glazing. Together, these elements form a strong architectural identity — raw yet polished, sculptural yet serene. Interiors are calm and cohesive, with natural stone, muted tones and bespoke detailing enriching the spatial experience.

Indoor-outdoor in flow
Each space is designed with a focus on light, view, and seamless movement. Outdoor areas like the sunken lounge, terrace and pool are fully integrated with the interior, creating a continuous and fluid living experience.
