Gentle House III

How can you create a modern residential complex, combining stylish aesthetics with highly functional internal and external spaces? Gentle House III incorporated elegance into the daily use of a single-family house.

Gentle House III is a residential complex consisting of 18 houses. The location of the project is Raspberry Valley in Sofia, Bulgaria. Each house is characterized by straight, minimal lines with a cubic-like approach, according to the vision of LP Architects, who were responsible for the design.

The modern elements are evident in every space and extends from the interior to the exterior. Every villa has its own yard that creates a sense of balance and strengthens the continuity to the external environment. The wide openings of the windows, supported by high-quality, minimal and robust aluminium systems and energy efficient curtain walls significantly enhance the natural lighting.

The overall result is completed with the impressive, thermally insulated atrium system, which elongates the limits of the interior to the outdoor space and meets the demand of “transparent” architecture.
