The location at the corner of the crossroads and the site that facing towards the south and west is a unique potential to be processed. The building has two facades in high contrast. Each facade is a response to the tropical climate. For facade oriented towards the south, the designs exploit more apertures, so that the display is full of glass. While the facade is oriented towards the west, the aperture is minimal; this is an attempt to reduce the heat of the sun from the west.
