Los Encinos II is the final project proposal for construction on an exclusive golf club near Toluca, Mexico.

The intention of this proposal is to concentrate in a single volume. On the ground floor are located in a more open and continuous way: the living room, kitchen, family room and a linear garden in the rear of the site. The upper floor is divided as follows: tv room at the center of space, master bedroom with bathroom on the left side and at the right kids bedrooms also with bathrrom. It exploits the south facade to have as much light and heat because the climate of the area is quite cold and wet.
