The project is located in a small pedestrian passage, on a 12 x 24 meter plot located in the Les Corts neighborhood in Barcelona.

It is a private investment that results in 4 apartments for sale; 2 triplexes of 180 m2 and 2 penthouses of 90m2. Even though it is a real estate investment to sell to third parties, the property decided to invest in a wooden building giving it benefits and less environmental impact. For the houses, a cross-laminated wood structure is proposed, offering comfortable and healthy spaces with a very positive environmental impact throughout the building (organic and light material). It is a light building, where reusable and removable materials predominate, which allows reducing the foundations to the materials of mineral origin used in the building.
