We designed a townhouse that integrates various types of units. Those units are based on the idea of “connected and divided space”, and the idea of “connected and divided circulation”. Since we tend to forget a sense of community in our hurried and busy life, the townhouses are connected by a semi-public space, which is designed to bring the residents together and respect each other.

Seijo is a well-known part of Tokyo. The townhouses preserve Seijo’s identity while connecting the skyline of the city, as well as influencing life and the area’s silhouette.
