A photo shoot of the Business Garden office complex in Warsaw Business Garden delivers over 90 000 m² of office, hotel, conference and service space. The project is made up of seven buildings constructed on a six-hectare plot of land with as much as 60 percent green area coverage. Water and energy saving systems, indoor environment control systems as well as carefully chosen construction materials, meet all the requirements for well-balanced development and conform to LEED certification. Innovative solutions chosen by SwedeCenter create a friendly, healthy, comfortable and very efficient working environment. In 2013 the first two buildings has been completed.
