How does the ship’s hold or seaweed smell? Could you recognize the scent of the sea or distinguish the smell of fish or oysters? Indissoluble designs and produces for the Cité de l’Océan the “Scent Table,” a playful and interactive olfactory experience aimed at bringing museum visitors closer to the aromas of the sea. The consumer services centre “Siberia” is an important landmark of Tyumen historic centre. The potential of the building is enormous. In the past this large-scale building used to provide valuable services for the community and people have been coming here for generations. However, for the past decade the building was not used effectively. Today the resources and efforts that have been invested in this space do not give proper dividends to the city. The space is occupied, the landmark is there, but there is no benefit for people, while the cost is significant. The GENeration Ocean Atoll Project (GEN.O.A.) aims to be the first Community Center (C.C.) in the Maldives atoll of Rasdhoo, dedicated to young people and future generations for the study, protection and dissemination of the well-being of the oceans. An iconic structure resulting from the creativity of the Italian architect Giancarlo Zema who is inspired by the gentle and sinuous shape of the Manta Ray, an aquatic animal par excellence symbol of the oceans with its large wings and characteristic cephalic fins. One:  The cylinder is an unbroken space within an airspace that already exists. The cylinder slips through door frames encompassing pieces of two seperate gallery spaces and an external hallway. Though typically separate spaces, the cylinder links them together, creating one continuous, private, yet well connected, open space.  Rion Philbin Two: The bench is a continuous volume, intersecting walls and dividing rooms, yet simultaneously suggesting not smaller bisected spaces, but one larger, continuous space.
