Vicino al Parco Quinta del Berro, in una strada fiancheggiata da alberi frondosi, troviamo questa casa costruita alla fine degli anni Venti. David Zarzoso La casa, che negli anni '50 era la residenza dello scultore Jorge de Oteiza, era molto danneggiata e le sue facciate avevano subito numerose modifiche. Abbiamo iniziato a sviluppare un'indagine negli archivi della città, che ci ha consentito di scoprire i dettagli del progetto originale.    The penthouse is located in a residential building City Park Residence overlooking the park "St. Trinity" in Sofia. The apartment is situated on the top two floors of the new building and due to this has some issues as a result of the local building regulations about terraced levels - inconvenient structural elements, vertical communications, facilities, improper space proportioning and areas with low sloped roof. Despite these disadvantages the apartment is very bright, has beautiful panoramic views and spacious outdoor terraces. “Our first objective was to individualise the space …with a quiet opulence.”   OKHA’s latest interior project, Clifton 301, is a seasonal two-bedroom apartment in a sophisticated contemporary complex designed by SAOTA. Flanked on either side by Table Mountain’s legendary Twelve Apostles, it looks out over breath-taking panoramic views of the Cape Atlantic Ocean and is inequal parts luxurious getaway, relaxed coastal retreat and entertainer’s dream.   The architects designed the complex with deliberately pared-down, monochromatic interior shells. In Gheisizadeh residential apartment project, our main effort was to provide the maximum possible outdoor space to the residents, while creating the maximum visual privacy from outside to inside. The initial idea was to create a flexible and variable building façade. Text description provided by the architects. The Safari Residential Project is located at the southeast of Shiraz, one of the oldest part of the city. Today, the attention of the architects in the city is more focused on the wealthy areas and there is a lack of innovative projects in such poor areas. The site context’s situation is in decline, and architecture is being oblivious, which has affected the city fabric structure and visual aspect of the region.
