"Villa Link" is a narrative of the bond and coexistence between two generations of a family (parents as the traditional generation and children as the contemporary generation), considering their needs and lifestyles. The family consists of five members, including a father, mother, and three children who have reached adolescence and youth, expressing a desire for greater independence while still seeking the warmth and support of the family nucleus. An old and outdated 1980s house in the heart of Notting Hill, London, was converted into a stunning new build to create a unique space for the client to call home. Working closely with Amron Architectural, Banker’s representative in the UK, the Banker Wire IPZ-62 brass wire mesh was manufactured to be installed in bespoke frames. The architects at Amron requested an unfinished brass material for the external woven mesh panels. The important characteristics of Hamadan, as an old city, are the valleys at the foot of Alvand Mountain situated south of the city. The gardens and green space have given the city a certain characteristic. With an innovative appearance, architect Antonio Altarriba is planning a residential home in the Valencian town of Paterna with a careful selection of the best PORCELANOSA Grupo products to give shape to a magnificent complex. The client’s existing property had a nicely updated 1950’s house with a beautiful Japanese inspired garden with a small pond in the back.  The client’s initial instinct was to add a sunroom on an existing back terrace in between the house and the garden for a more engaging connection between inside and outside. Inspired by the concept of bringing the outside in, insertion of this small 275 square foot,12 foot and 24 living area with cozy small fire place connected the client’s existing home with the outdoors.  A new 22-foot-wide by 8-foot-high folding window wall that frames the view out to the landscaped pond that when fully open blurs the lines between inside and out. Beyond the new window wall, a new exterior seating... Daarbast Café is about 376 square meters. The main goal of its interior design is creating social interaction among people. The possibility for establishing other branches of the café in future was considered in order to fulfill the owner’s request. Scaffolds are used as the main structure of design which grants an identity to the space. A part of the exterior wall is destroyed to benefit from sun light and natural views. The scaffold provided the context in which we could increase the area of the space and create visual transparency. Implementing the scaffolds not only impose low budget to the project but also create the possibility of various decoration fashions.
