De Boschvijver is an unbended restaurant located in the middle of a breathtaking forest. The circular shape of the building refer to the shape of the trees and was furnished with Modular's best selling Duell. This private residence in Charlottenlund (Denmark) was equipped with a variety of our sophisticated exterior lighting solutions. In 2017, this luxurious home was created by Dutch architect Linda Lagrand. The rustique style was lenghtened across all of the interior. Light and darker colors were merged to result in an extraordinary place of residency. The history of the iconic Broekhuizen estate takes centuries back. After the destruction by fire and direct reconstruction in 1906, it has known various residents and fuctions. This iconic building pays tribute to the past and continues adding beautiful pages to their history for many years to come. The Gradient is a high standing building with an incredible view and a prestigious entrance hall to boot. When it comes to the layout of the building, the influences of modern architecture allow for plenty of functionality and flexibilty thanks to a spacious ground floor whilst maximising the available office space without impeding the overall look of the building.   On the technical side, the Gradient features both direct and indirect suspended lighting that is triggered by a presence detector, thus reducing the building's ecological footprint and addint style to its many rooms. Between January 1 and June 30,2016 the Netherlands presided the European Union. This presidency includes the organisation of a European summit, which was hosted in Amsterdam. In collaboration with the renowned Dutch designer Edward van Vliet, Modular was asked to provide a lighting solution for the interior design concept.   IDEA The Netherlands hosted the EU summit in three different Amsterdam buildings, accomodating exhibit areas, meeting- and pressrooms. The idea was to take the opportunity to display the rich history of the country. Swisscom AG is a major telecommunications provider in Switzerland. Their vibrant furniture was mingled with Modular lighting. For the sitting rooms we used track lighting while we used pendant lighting in the conference room and ceiling lighting in the kitchen. Velotel is not only loved by cycling fanatics, it’s also a favourite of corporate travellers. Because of the quietness, the comfort, the personal service, the adapted accommodations, the dedicated facilities and convenient location. This hotel located in Bruges was taken care by Modular Lighting Instruments. In the city center of Amsterdam, you'll find this beautifully revitalized house equipped with Modular lighting. For the walk in closet we used track lighting which is perfect for simple movement across the room and ideal if any of the furniture moves later. Track lighting was also used in the living room which creates a versatile entirety. The office of the house was equipped with on of our pendant light to improve productivity. Hossegor (France) is a well known seaside resort that is considered to have some of the best surfing in the world.
