It's central, but at the same time, reserved position favors a privileged atmosphere within the Neapolitan salon.The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a large living area of about 55 square meters, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a laundry room.
The contemporary style distinguishes the intervention. The entire surface, except for the bathrooms, is in oak slats laid in an Italian herringbone pattern with a matte finish.
The light colors and oak wood dominate which dialogue with the burgundy lacquered wooden boiserie. Iconic elements such as the Cesca chair by Breuer contrast with contemporary elements such as the Noctambule by Flos.
One of the first requests from the client was to design a convivial home, hence the decision to include various types of seating within an ample, bright living space.
The main room houses the dining area with the square table by Pianca and the solid wood sideboard by Rubinacci and the living area. Here are the Chelsea sofa in red velvet by Molteni, the Godard by Baxter in dark brown leather, and the Archibald armchair by Poltrona Frau in green leather, arranged in a U and framed by the silk carpet by Molteni.
From the living area, crossing a burgundy lacquered boiserie, hidden by the ADL sliding glass door, you enter the kitchen, made up of gray lacquered columns and a central island.
In response to the request to create adequate storage spaces, large bespoke wardrobes were designed that outline the access to the sleeping area.In the master bedroom, there is the Molteni Gliss Master System 7 wardrobe with glass doors and the Ribbon bed in green fabric set between two Tooy Nastro wall lights.
