In Kyiv, Creative State of Arsenal is the 3rd location of the business spaces network Creative States. Contained within a separate three-story building, the 4200 m2 area accommodates 700 workplaces that are fully equipped with full office infrastructure. Workspaces provided range from two-storey premium business suites to hot-desking spots for freelancers.
Each Creatives States location embraces the atmosphere of a global city. Creative State of Arsenal tells the story of New Orleans. As a reflection of New Orlean’s style, the interior is well-lit, vibrant and features an Art Nouveau style, characterized by wavy and asymmetrical lines.
Unique to this location is a living tree in the centre of space. The 20-year-old ficus Benedict Amstel King was brought to Kyiv from the Netherlands. Standing five meters tall, the tree is a symbol of life and development. It also serves as a natural air purifier.
As a creative working space, Creative States of Arsenal offers a wide range of amenities. Amenities include 22 meeting/Skype rooms - each equipped with the necessary hardware and high levels of sound insulation - children’s rooms, sleeping capsules, bathrooms and showers, and a spacious kitchen.
A central lounge can be used for coffee breaks during the day, while also being easily transformed into an event hall. Next to the hall is a cosy park and parking area.
